This project was done in 2011 using sketchup + Vray .I made a full presentation with sheets containing Rendered Floor plans ,Isometric Floor plans , site plan rendering , views and some interesting Blowups.. Satisfied the client but i was not because of some misunderstanding and client had not paid me properly as previously discussed.Anyways have to deal with many kind of people . :;(

I was given 3 days for this project but i have completed this in a day and gave it to client and he was so happy with the design that he approached to his architect and insisted him to build this building for him and started with working drawings and approached me for the details of projections so that they can  implement in their plan . Happy with the project completed in a day and had satisfied him. \m/

Row Housing @ hyderabad helped my friend on his work he worked on elevation and approached me for renderings so helped him with a complete option and their renders. cool work done for 2days. chill!!

Shaikpet recidence @hyderabad  , Client wanted us to make his house unique and very special so we gave two options to him  , one with contemporary  design and another with angular massing to give it a unique look. 

 

 

A conceptual Presentation for a client at umanagar site @ hyd . Client was not expecting this work in a week  , me and my friend took the work and started it from scratch like we took the location , site measurements , and planing with the help of google earth and shared files thorugh watsapp . The client made a comment on our work by saying " WAH TAJ "  , really we got the feel how happy he was with the concept we presented . Felt happy with project

Club House for a client who required to use neon lights for the building to give it a pub look .
